WAB Converter is a practical utility that lets you convert WAB (Windows Address Book) files into PST files to transfer them to the MS Outlook address book. This way you can move the WAB data in your Outlook Express to your MS Outlook address book.

The whole conversion process is quick and easy. WAB Converter can also save the resulting file in MS Excel format. The data can be filtered so that you only export the data you really want.
